1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or placing an order on shop.dahabminers.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of the site.

2. Products & pricing

• All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include 5% VAT as required by UAE Federal Tax Authority regulations.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an order is placed at an incorrect price, we will notify you before dispatch.
• Product availability is subject to stock. We make every effort to keep listings accurate but cannot guarantee stock at the time of purchase.
• Product images are for illustration purposes. Minor variations in appearance may occur.

3. Orders & payment

• Orders are confirmed by email once payment is verified.
• We accept bank transfer, credit/debit card, and cash on collection at our Abu Dhabi warehouse.
• For bulk orders (10+ units or AED 5,000+), please contact us on WhatsApp for a custom quote and payment terms.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders at our discretion.

4. Delivery

• Abu Dhabi same-day: Orders placed before 2 PM on business days qualify for same-day delivery within Abu Dhabi emirate.
• UAE nationwide: 1–3 business days via courier.
• GCC & international: 3–10 business days depending on destination. Import duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
• Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Dahab Miners is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or customs.

5. Returns & refunds

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in original packaging.
• Defective items may be returned within 30 days for replacement or store credit.
• Electronic components (hash boards, chips, PSUs) that have been installed or powered on are not eligible for return unless they arrive dead-on-arrival (DOA).
• To initiate a return, contact us on WhatsApp or email ops@dahabminers.com with your order number and photos.
• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

6. Warranties

Products carry the manufacturer's warranty where applicable. Our own warranty on tested repair parts covers 90 days against component failure under normal operating conditions. Warranty is void if damage is caused by incorrect installation, overclocking, power surges, or physical damage.

7. Limitation of liability

Dahab Miners is not liable for: loss of mining revenue, equipment downtime, damage caused by third-party components, or consequential losses of any kind. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the product purchased.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi, UAE.
