Returns Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied. Here's how returns work.
Standard returns (7 days)
Unused, unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Defective items (30 days)
Items that are defective or fail within 30 days of delivery will be replaced or credited. Please send a WhatsApp message with photos/video of the issue before returning.
Non-returnable items
- Electronic components that have been installed or powered on (unless DOA)
- Thermal paste, consumables, or opened hygiene-sealed items
- Custom-cut cables or made-to-order items
- Items damaged by incorrect installation, overclocking, or power surges
How to return
- Message us on WhatsApp: +971 54 388 8454 with your order number and reason
- We'll confirm eligibility and provide a return address
- Ship the item back in secure packaging
- Refund or replacement processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the item
